Welche Telefone sind mit den iBlue-Produkten kompatibel und wo kann ich die Applikation herunterladen?
Die iBlue Geräte sind mit sämtlichen Smartphones kompatibel, die iOS 10.0 (oder höher), Android OS 4.4 (oder höher) Betriebssystem benutzen, sowie über Bluetooth 4.0 drahtlose Technologie verfügen.
WICHTIG: Die ständig aktivierte Bluetooth LE reduziert die Gesamtkapazität der Batterie in Ihrem Smartphone um nur 3 %.
Die Applikationen können kostenlos heruntergeladen werden.
Kompatibilität
iOS
- iPhone 5s, 6, 6s, 7, 7s, 8 and iPhone X (iOS 10.0.0 – iOS 13.x.x)
- iPod Touch 5th gen oder höher
- iPhone 4 – 5 wird nicht unterstützt
Android
- Android 4.4 or later, with Bluetooth 4.0 support

The following Android devices have known issues with the iBlue devices:

| Lenovo A536 | Android 4.4+ | These devices may have instabilities with their Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) implementation. To restore BLE functionality you may need to turn Bluetooth off and on, reboot the handset, or restart your tracker. Also, the Proximity Mode will not work with the Immobilizer device. |
| Various | 4.3 or earlier | iBlue requires a phone running Android 4.4+, so any 4.3 device is not compatible. If possible, try updating the software to 4.4. |
WICHTIG: iPads und andere Tablets sind zurzeit nicht offiziell unterstützt.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Betaversionen der mobilen Betriebssysteme Funktionsstörungen hervorrufen könnten. Es wird empfohlen, die neueste veröffentlichte Version des Betriebssystems und der iBlue-Applikationen herunterzuladen.
