Whats in the box?
The package includes 1 pc. iBlue device, 1 pc. plastic card containing the PUK code and 1 pc. booklet.
The iBlue device is compatible with all devices that use the iOS 8.0 (or newer) , Android OS 4.4 (or newer) operating system and features/operates Bluetooth® 4.0 wireless technology.

What phones can be used with the iBlue Immobilizer?
At the moment our Bluetooth system works with the iPhone 4S or newer, Android 4.0 or newer.
Can i install the device myself at home?
There are fitting instructions provided with every device and you can also find these informations in our Support pages. However, for safety purposes, we recommend installing it professionally with a local mechanic or technician.
Do i need to have a data connection on my phone to use the iBlue Immobilizer?
You can use the iBlue application without a data connection, just make sure that the bluetooth function is enabled on your phone.
Is the iBlue Immobilizer coming with a manufacturer’s guarantee?
Yes, of course. We assure a 1 year replacement guarantee on our products. The faulty products sent back are going to be replaced.
What happens if my device or my phone gets stolen?
The protection of personal data is everyone’s responsibility. The iBlue system beyond the phone’s built in protection comes with a safety data tool. We can defend the opening and starting with PIN codes, and the app will not store any data about the locations of the doors or how to start the car. If your phone gets stolen, but it is password protected, even if your app is not PIN code protected, the app can’t be used.
What happens if I lose the card containing my PUK code?
If you registered your product on our website after you bought it, you’ll have the chance to ask for the PUK code which will be provided electronically.
What happens when i have to take my car in for service?
Using our iBlue smartphone app, you can enable a function called Service Mode. This way - until the service mode is turned off - the car can be started without using the phone.
Is this only for cars?
Definitely not. You can use it for everything with a 12 V accumulator, like motorbikes and boats for example.
I need to enter my PIN code each time i want to start my car?
No! Once you paired your phone with the iBlue Immobilizer, it will remember you and next time its enough, if your phone and the device is connected to eachother.
What happens if my phone’s battery dies?
If you’re not travelling alone, you can use any other phone to connect to the Immobilizer, and by knowing the PIN code you can allow the ignition. The iBlue Immobilizer doesn’t block you to charge your phone using the car’s cigarette lighter outlet. We recommend having a backup car charger or an additional phone battery for emergencies like this.
How many people can use the same iBlue Immobilizer?
Just like our other products, the iBlue Immobilizer can be used by unlimited number of users.
