May I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us here within 8 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has not been shipped:
    we will cancel your order and refund your method of payment.
  • If your order has already been shipped:
    it will not be possible to cancel it. In this situation, you will need to Contact Us here to arrange for the return of the item after delivery. If you refuse delivery of the shipment for any reason, no refund will be possible.
  • If your product has been opened, device installed and/or PUK / QR card used:
    it will not be possible to return and refund it for security reasons, please check the compatibility first here: Immobilizer / Smart Gate or ask us support@iblue.eu – We do not have the option to return the purchased product to iBlue. If you initiate a money refund case (due to a lack of product attributes) at a card issuer or PayPal, our legal representative will initiate a lawsuit against the buyer for deliberate product theft. Please consider this when purchasing. We are forced to do this because of a misinterpretation of ‘buyer protection’.
