How it Works
When the ignition key is turned, the iBlue Immobilizer blocks vehicle startup until you (or an authorized user) grant approval through the smartphone app.
Quick Installation, Invisible Protection
Installation of the iBlue Immobilizer typically takes around 30 minutes, depending on the vehicle type and model. For car installations, it’s recommended to place the device within the passenger compartment, particularly in the starter control circuit to block the engine. Communication occurs via Bluetooth Smart technology, ensuring no visible switches, panels, or keypads inside the vehicle. There are no external indicators to reveal that your vehicle is equipped with an immobilizer.
Advanced Security Technology
The iBlue Immobilizer operates with a Bluetooth Smart connection, making it highly secure and harder to detect than traditional radio frequency-based systems. It uses 128-bit encryption, similar to the security standard used in bank cards.
Modes of Operation
The immobilizer features two operation modes: *Normal* and *Service.* In normal mode, entering the correct PIN code allows the vehicle to start. The authorization remains active until the ignition is turned off. In service mode, startup is automatically enabled when the ignition is turned on, without requiring a PIN code.
App Control
The immobilizer is operated via a free smartphone app, available for download on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
