My gate or door does not open! What should I do?

First of all, make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Remember to keep Bluetooth turned on at all times, since it will not cause any battery drainage or performance loss.

If your Bluetooth is turned on, but you still can’t open your gate or door, make sure you’re in close range to your iBlue Smart Gate device. The signal strength can be affected by weather conditions.

If you’re using a shared key, it is possible that your key has expired. Please ask your master key holder to send you a new key.

Check if anybody else is connected to this iBlue Smart Gate device. The device can be controlled only by one user at a time.

Test the main electronic unit of your gate or door by checking if your previous remote control is able to open it.
