How do I revoke access from a specific person?
Go to the shared key owner personal details page and click on the Revoke Access button.
When you start a revoking procedure, your phone must be connected to the Smart Gate device.
Please note that you will need the QR code card for the process.
When you click the ‘Revoke access’ button, the app will ask for the QR / PUK code card and will generate a new 128-bit secure code.
From this step, the chosen shared key will be unavailable.
By pressing the ‘Renew’ button next to the name of the remaining persons, the newly generated keys will be shared.
That’s all you need to do.
